So lately I&amp;#8217;ll come across some unhealthy foods whether I&amp;#8217;m at work or at school , I don&amp;#8217;t even think about it. &amp;amp; even when i do eat like some chips or so I cant finish the bag .. I feel like my cravings have gone down a few notches. Unfortunately, I the scale hasn&amp;#8217;t changed :( . I always range between 138-142. As far as progress goes, my cravings are low,  I feel more energized and working out is becoming a lot easier.&lt;/p&gt;

I honestly don&amp;#8217;t know why I expect results so soon , this has always been a problem with me cause then I give up &amp;amp; think that it&amp;#8217;ll never work for me .. laziness kicks in &amp;amp; my cravings get worse . :( BUT &lt;strong&gt;IM NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT&lt;/strong&gt; giving up , even if i don&amp;#8217;t reach my goal by the end of this 28 day challenge at least I have a head start .. after the 28 day challenge I&amp;#8217;m going to continue &amp;amp; push my self until i get to my goal .. .
